CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We do not cancel orders or make any modifications for any reasons. Please make sure to measure your child and refer to the size chart in the VIP group before placing the order and triple check that all items and sizes are correct in your cart before checking out as we cannot make any exceptions.
MY ITEM VARIES SLIGHTLY FROM THE MOCK-UP, OR ITEMS OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE RECEIVED?
Most items are handmade and made in small batches. Therefore, there may be slight variation between items. This is not considered a defect, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes/items, but you are welcome to return any full priced item in it's original condition.
Items must be in brand new unworn condition, in original packaging, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Additionally, you are responsible for return shipping fees, and a shop credit will be issued within 7 business days of the item being received. A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your shop credit for each item returned (Ex: 2 items are returned, $10 will be deducted from your shop credit).
Discounted, sale items are not eligible for returns and are FINAL SALE. If you no longer want those items they can be sold through our BST page.
* We do not offer refunds and all returns are processed in the form of store credit. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.
I MOVED. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
We are happy to update shipping addresses prior to shipping your item. Please email cutiepiesmocks@gmail.com in order to have your address updated.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Ready to ship items will leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days (business days do not include weekends or Holidays).
Pre-Orders have a stated ETA. However, this ETA is subject to change. If there is a change, we regularly update through our Facebook Group. Tracking will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped.
*If you order Pre-Order items AND ready to ship items IN THE SAME ORDER, we cannot split your order and all of your items will be shipped once the pre-order items come in and your order is complete.
HOW LONG BEFORE I GET A REPLY TO MY EMAIL?
We are a small family business and love spending nights and weekends with our kids. We respond to any inquiries as fast as possible and within a reasonable timeframe - excluding nights and weekends.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER I RECEIVED, WHO DO I CONTACT?
If there is a defect or issue with your order, please email us at cutiepiesmocks@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help you as quickly as possible. Please contact us PRIOR TO USE. Once an item is washed or worn, we cannot offer any resolution as wear and tear are not covered as a defect. Please note remedies are determined based on the "defect" and may be in the form of shop credit, not a refund or exchange.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT CAN I DO?
Cutie Pie Smocks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship all orders via USPS or UPS and once the orders are shipped, they are out of our hands and we do not have any additional information on the tracking. If an item is marked delivered and has not been, please contact your local post office or UPS so they can provide you with the coordinates for where the package was left.
We do offer Route Insurance to protect your order while in transit. Shipping charges are not covered under Route, nor can we refund the shipping if your order is lost in transit/ not delivered. If you purchased Route and there’s a shipping issue, you can start the claim process by following this link https://claims.route.com
